Shipping
We take great care in preparing each Emike Luxury order. Every item is thoughtfully packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may vary slightly. Any updates will be communicated clearly.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Please note that delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, or courier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
As our candles, fragrances, and body care items are personal and sensory goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect selection.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as fragrance perception is personal.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
