What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or just not quite right, please reach to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all purchases are final. As our candles, fragrances, and body care items are personal and sensory goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect selection.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or collection launches, processing times may vary slightly. Any updates will be communicated clearly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada. They are carefully handmade by our maker-in-chief to ensure high quality.
